6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any consulting engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates for services provided from our Dubai office, and the laws of England and Wales for services provided from our Newcastle office.
